The skinny:
To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Nintendo game system that we all hocked 10 years ago, Nintendo released 12 of the console's games for the GBA. With controls that are the same as the original's, the setup is perfect for getting nostalgic with the characters of Dr. Mario, Castlevania, Zelda, Metroid and Super Mario. Return to the days of your youth by jumping barrels (Donkey Kong), kicking Koopas (Super Mario Bros.) and killing vampires (Castlevania), but this time avoid the mistake of joining your school's D&D club.

Tantalizing tidbit:
The original Lara Croft, Metroid's heroine, still kicks alien butt. It's rumored she'll have her own movie in 2006, but considering the Super Mario disaster, we're not crossing our fingers.
