(EXCLUDING QUEBEC) WHO ARE 19 YEARS OR OLDER
COMPETITION ENTITIES: Dennis Stuff, Inc. and Dennis Digital, Inc. (the
"Competition Entities") are the sponsors of the 2007 Stuff's Starlets
competition (the "Competition").
HOW TO ENTER: To enter, follow the links at
www.stuffmagazine.com (the "Web Site") to the official entry
form. You must complete all information requested, including but not limited to
your legal name, maiden or married name (if any), and the stage name by which
you have been professionally or personally best known in the past five (5)
years, residential street address (including apartment number), zip code/postal
code, daytime, home and cell telephone numbers, e-mail address at which you can
be reached, date of birth and all other biographical information requested on
the form. After completing the questionnaire, you will be able to upload three

"Submitted Photographs") and a video of no more than 90 seconds (the "Submitted
Video") using the instructions provided; longer videos may be rejected. Only
the Entrant should appear in the Submitted Photographs and Submitted Video. All
photos must be approximately 800 x 600 pixels and up to 250 KB file size.
Please be sure to retain the original photographs, as you may be required to
submit the Submitted Photographs in greater resolution. All video
should be approximately 10 MB and no longer than ninety (90) seconds. If you
cannot upload video, you will be provided with an address to which Submitted
Videos may be sent; all Submitted Photographs, however, must be uploaded via
the procedure provided. When the upload is completed, you will be given an
Entrant ID number that you will need for all future correspondence and
submissions. The Competition Entities reserve the right to contact a person who
has entered the Competition (an "Entrant") to request resubmission of the
Submitted Video or one or more of the Submitted Photographs and/or to request
that the Entrant submit additional video or photos, in Competition Entities'
sole discretion, if there are problems with the Entrant's initial submission of
such Submitted Photographs or Submitted Video, or if there are other questions
or problems with such entry. While Entrants may have assistance in entering
data and uploading the photos and video, each Entrant must otherwise complete
the entry forms herself. Any entries submitted by anyone other than the person
appearing in the Submitted Photographs and Submitted Video (including but not
limited to entries submitted by casting or modeling agencies) will be rejected.
As set forth in greater detail below, submission of photographs, video, and
entry in the Competition constitutes consent to use the Submitted Photographs
and Submitted Video in Stuff magazine, the Web Site and/or associated or
otherwise affiliated Web sites.
Except as otherwise permitted herein, only one entry per person will be
accepted; all subsequent entries will be disregarded. No altered photographs,
photographs or videos taken prior to January 1, 2006, or photographs or videos
containing more than one person, will be eligible. Any Submitted Photographs or
Submitted Videos exhibiting Entrant's nipples or genitals will be rejected. The
determination of whether any image has been altered, or exhibits Entrant's
nipples or genitals, is in the sole discretion of the Competition Entities. False,
deceptive or incomplete entries or other information provided by Entrants
throughout the Competition (including but not limited to responses to
questionnaires) shall render the entry ineligible. The Entrant may
submit her entry form, photographs and video using the above procedures anytime
during the period July 5, 2006, until October 2, 2006, 5:00 PM East Coast time
(the "Entry Period"); late entries shall be ineligible. Date of entry during

Submitted Content. However, Dennis reserves the right (but not the obligation)
in its sole discretion to edit, refuse to post or to delete any Submitted
Content, in whole or in part, that is in violation of these Terms &
Conditions or that it deems to be objectionable or unacceptable for any reason
whatsoever.
3. Dennis further reserves the right at all times to preserve any Submitted
Content or to disclose any Submitted Content as necessary to satisfy any law,
regulation or governmental request or any good faith belief that such
preservation or disclosure is necessary to (a) comply with legal process; (b)

Content violates the rights of third-parties; or (d) protect the rights,
property, or personal safety of Dennis, its guests and the public.
4. You understand that by using this Site, including its Forums, you may be
exposed to Submitted Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable.
Under no circumstances will Dennis be liable in any way for any Submitted

Submitted Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result
of the use of any Submitted Content posted, emailed or otherwise transmitted
via this Site, including its Forums.
5. You understand that the comments of others displayed in connection with your
Submittted Content as used herein ("Third Party Comments"), may be disparaging,
defamatory, embarrassing, or otherwise be of an unfavorable nature and may
expose you to public ridicule, humiliation or condemnation. Dennis expressly
disclaims any liability for any Third Party Comments. You acknowledge and agree
that Dennis shall have the right (a) to include any Third Party Comments on the
Site and in any and all forms of advertising, promotion, and publicity for the
Site and/or the Submitted Content, and (b) to broadcast and otherwise exploit
the Submitted Content with or without Third Party Comments in any manner, and

hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the
purposes of litigating any such action.
ENFORCEABILITY AND TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason
unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this
agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining

AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST
EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, DENNIS AND ANY OTHER PARTY
INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING THIS SITE DISCLAIM ALL

NO LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dennis and all officers,
directors, owners, employees, agents, information providers, affiliates,
licensors and licensees (all of the foregoing, collectively, the "Indemnified

arising, including without limitation any compensatory, incidental, direct,
indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of use, loss of
data, loss caused by a computer or electronic virus, loss of income or profit,

such materials into any form or technology now known or later developed, and
that you have waived any moral rights you may have in such Submitted Content,
you hereby agree that if you unsuccessfully prosecute a claim against Dennis
and/or any of the Indemnified Parties that arises from its exercise of its
rights to edit, refuse to post or to delete any Submitted Content that you
post, to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of this Site, to use
its royalty-free, nonexclusive, perpetual and irrevocable right and license to
use, reproduce, modify, publish and distribute any Submitted Content that you
post, or seeking to recover for violation of your moral rights, you agree to
reimburse Dennis and/or the Indemnified Parties for all costs of defending any
such claim, including but not limited to any legal or other professional fees).

MINORS
This Site contains material that may not be appropriate for children. If there
is a concern by parents that children may visit this Site, Dennis recommends
using a parental control software package. Some sample parental software

the Policy for Minors, for more information regarding the collection of
personal information from children.
